This cable is for Plantronics-style QD headsets. For GN/Jabra QD headsets, use an adaptor such as the Eartec Office EAR-AD001.
My laptop has no 3.5mm socket. What should I use?
Choose the Eartec Office EAR-USB3 UC USB cable, which also adds inline volume and mute controls.
