Panasonic KX-DT321 with a Jabra PRO920!
Here we are taking a look into how to program your Panasonic KX-DT321 phone so you are able to use the 2.5ml Jack headset port. When you buy the Jabra PRO 920 Mono / Duo you will get a standard RJ9 - RJ9 lead, this lead will not fit into the headset port so you will need to buy a separate lead which has a 2.5ml jack to RJ9 lead SKU: 8800-00-75.

How to program your KX-DT321?
There are some short steps you need to follow in-order for the headset to work correctly.

Steps:

1, Press Program Button

2, Dial 61 on the keypad - You should see "Headset Mode" on the screen.

3, Press the # or AUTO ANS to change from OFF to ON using the Volume Up and Down key to  change the setting too ON or OFF on the screen.

4, Press Autodial to store

How to answer a call

Before you start you will need to make sure the following settings are on the base:

• Use Compatibility A
• Use Microphone level 6

Once this is all done you can ware the headset and every time a call is made you will need to press the SPEAKER key.
