At Telephoneheadsets.net, everything you buy is backed by a money back guarantee. We want to ensure that all our customer are satisfied with our products and should you be in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will give you a full or part refund depending on the condition it's returned. You must return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition within the period of 30 days after receiving the headset. If for any reason we do not get the headset back in the original condition we will have no option but to deduct 50% of it's value.
Any equipment returned after 30 days of purchase well incur a 25% restocking fee mines the original delivery charge.
Returns Procedure
The Consumer Contracts Regulations allow you to return an item if you simply change your mind.
Should you decide to cancel your order you are responsible for returning the items within 21 calendar days at your own cost.
We need the following information which must be enclosed with the returned goods in their original condition.
- Order number
- Your account number and company name
- Description of the goods being returned
- A reason for returning the goods
- Whether you want a refund on credit card or a replacement
